    STEP 1: Before you purchase ....
    ***If you want the names on the seating chart to appear in table number order OR alphabetical, please download our excel spreadsheet to fill out. This is IMPORTANT to use our template, as I need to be able to merge accordingly to my design for you.

    CHOOSE YOUR TIME REQUIRED
    STEP 2:
    If you require the Seating Chart within 24hours, then please select the "24Hour Turnaround" to your cart. Please make sure you have every item sent to me to avoid delay.
    Otherwise the standard delivery, I will send you a proof within 3 business days. This means I will send a copy of the design containing the information as you have given it to me. Final Product will be delivered between 3-5 business days.

    STEP 3:
    Purchase the product and then send everything I have requested to my email sales [!at] rbhdesignerconcepts.com
    Please make sure you provide me your email address as well, so I know where to send your files to.

    STEP 4: I will send you a small jpg version of the design layout for you to approve. Please make sure you read through all the names & ensure it is all correct. *Please review your proof carefully*. Should you find an error after the final stationery has been printed, I cannot refund your printing expenses, nor give you a refund for my product of the inconvenience. It is your responsibility to make sure that every guest is spelt correctly and placed exactly where you would like them to be on the day.

    STEP 5: YOU then send me a message approving the proof or requesting additional changes. You are allowed 3 free revisions which are included in your purchase. Any additional revisions that are not the fault of the seller (such as misspelling, forgotten word, etc.) will cost $5 each.

    Please just ensure all details are correct when we send through your proof for sign off.
    You can cancel your digital/graphic design order and still receive a refund if:
    We have not sent you the first proofs yet. If you cancel your order AFTER you receive any files, whether or not they are proofs or finals, we will not be able to refund you any money. This is to cover my time of working on your design. Happy to try and help fixing the problem in any way I can if your not happy.

    INSTANT DOWNLOADS
    As these are editable text only templates, and you as the customer are editing the text, it is your responsibility to check ALL spelling and ensure all details are correct before proceeding with any printing. RBH Designer Concepts, will not be liable for any spelling error details upon the templates and will not be refunding of the templates OR refund your printing expenses.

    Due to the nature of an "Instant Download", you get this file as soon as you pay for it. There is strictly NO REFUNDS ON INSTANT DOWNLOAD PURCHASES. There is no way for me to get my product back and obviously you keeping the file.

    Once you receive your final files, you have a 30 day period where you can still request revisions. After this 30 day period, you will be charged $5.00 for any extra revisions.

    WHAT IS INCLUDED IN FREE REVISIONS?
    For our files, you are ONLY allowed to change the text and dimensions.

    For the colour choices, you are allowed to change the text color and the background color. If you are interested in changing the colour of accents (such as flowers, swirls, etc.), please convo me BEFORE you purchase. This will be met on a case by case basis.

    For your final files, they are flattened and you have the option of either:

    1) PDF
    OR
    2) JPEG
